The Dallas and Fort Worth Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association is pleased to announce two recipients of our 2020 scholarship award. 

Nicholas

Nicholas is a 2020 All Saints’ Episcopal School graduate from Aledo, TX.  In addition to his outstanding academic achievements, Nicholas is an active leader in his school and community.  He was active in the Young Men’s Service League, participated in both cross country and wrestling for four years, and has worked with youth wrestlers as a tournament referee.  Nicholas plans to double major in Agribusiness and Real Estate. 

Nathaniel

A 2020 Prosper High School graduate, Nathaniel plans to continue his study in electrical engineering at Virginia Tech.  Nathaniel was involved with his school’s Student newspaper, Eagle Nation News for four years and served as both an anchor and a technical staff member.  He is a two-time recipient of the National Broadcast Pacemaker award.

Congratulations to Nicholas and Nathaniel and we wish you all the best as you begin your adventure at Virginia Tech!
