Kensey

The Dallas and Fort Worth Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association is pleased to announce Kensey is the recipient of our 2016 scholarship award. Kensey is a 2019 Prosper High School graduate from Celina, TX. In addition to her outstanding academic achievements, Kensey is an active leader in her school and community. She is active in her robotics team, solar car team, choir and she has worked at her local library. Additionally, Kensey’s participation in her school’s solar car team has further inspired her study of how the potential of robotics can be used to serve and help people. 

Kensey clearly exemplifies the Virginia Tech motto – Ut Prosim, embraces the Hokie spirit and already has a zeal and enthusiasm for the University. Congratulations to Kensey and we wish you all the best as you begin your adventure at Virginia Tech!
